HIGH SCHOOL REGISTRATION FORMS

High School registration forms went home yesterday for Hagersville, Cayuga, Tollgate and McKinnon. Please return them as soon as possible.

BCI Registration Forms will be going home as soon as we receive them. 

Assumption will be coming next week to meet with the students to go over their registration package and option sheets. 

HIGH SCHOOL MEETINGS

* McKinnon High School Meetings will take place on Thursday, January 26 and Friday, January 27.

* Hagersville High School Meetings will take place on Tuesday, January 31. Starting at 9am

These meetings are to go over option sheets with parent, student and teacher to make sure the student is in the right courses.  I will be sending a schedule home to let you know when your scheduled time will be.  If you cannot make this time I can try to rearrange your meeting time.

High School	What’s coming up
Assumption College School	* Those students who have chosen Assumption as a first or second choice will be attending Grade 8 Day at Assumption on Wednesday, November 2, 2016. Bus leaves school at 9am and returns to school at 2:30pm. Permission Forms sent home. * Assumption will be coming to JCH on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 8:45 – 10:15 to do a presentation with those students who picked Assumption as a first or second choice.
Brantford Collegiate Institute	* BCI will be coming to JCH on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 to do a presentation with all individual classes between 8:40 – 11:50.
Cayuga Secondary School	* Cayuga Grade 8 day will be on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 from 9:15am – 2:15pm and Wednesday, December 7, 2016 from 9:15 – 2:15pm. * Cayuga Parent Night is on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 from 6:30 – 8pm.
Hagersville Secondary School	* HSS will be coming to JCH on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 to do a presentation with all individual classes between 8:40 – 11:50. * HSS has already had their Red and Black Day
McKinnon Park Secondary	* McKinnon will be coming to JCH on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 to do a presentation with all individual classes between 8:40 – 11:50. * Grade 8 Parent Information Night is on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 from 6:30 – 8:30pm * McKinnon’s Blue and Gold Day for Grade 8’s is set for Friday, May 12, 2017 * Also, please see attached sheet.
Pauline Johnson Collegiate & Vocational School	* PJ will be coming to JCH on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 to do a presentation with all individual classes between 8:40 – 11:50.
Tollgate Technical Skills Centre	* Grade 8 Day will be on Thursday, December 1, 2016. Students to arrive at 9:30am in cafeteria and end at 11:30am. Note: This event is NOT for students in self-contained classrooms.
